Revised DA Approved!

The DA modification application with Central Coast Council which was lodged in December 2022 was finally approved in February 2024. We now have approval to proceed with the modernised and updated design and will be working on the Construction Certificate and Construction plans.

A Stratum and Strata subdivision plan was lodged with Central Coast Council in March 2023. We have been working with Council and have responded to questions and clarifications. We now expect this application to be approved by mid 2024 and will then be in a position too enter into Lease and sale agreements.
