Our project is up and running!

The Austvina Medical Centre at Wyong is officially happening!

Austvina has purchased the Wyong Medical Centre site and is now working with various stakeholders including Central Coast Council, Central Coast Health, Wyong Hospital, Hakea Aged Care and others to fine tune the design of this new Medical centre for the Wyong and Hamlyn Terrace area.

The existing DA approved project will be updated to the latest 2022 building standards and Medical Centre design specifications. We have engaged Newcastle based SHAC Architects, known for their excellent work in Medical Centre design and Richard Crookes Constructions, the main contractor of the recently built Wyong Hospital Emergency Dept Building which is next door to our site. we are working towards lodging the design modification with Central Coast Council before the end of 2022 and starting construction in mid 2023.
